As a professional therapist, I am very engaged and interactive -- my style is relational, experiential and humanistic. I have found that working collaboratively and experientially works best - and has the greatest potential for change.
I do not participate with any insurance plans; however, I will provide paperwork to help you process claims with your insurance provider. If you have questions about your mental health coverage, you should contact your provider directly.
