Julia Han, Ph.D. is a highly trained and qualified mental health counselor in the Washington, DC area.  She has over 25 years of clinical experience working with very diverse client population grappling with various life challenges.

I am very adept working with different age groups due to my experiences providing direct clinical services in various settings: elementary, middle, and high schools; youth shelters; rape crisis centers; in-patient psychiatric wards; university counseling centers; mental health clinics; and hospice care.

I have also provided pro-bono clinical supervision and research consultation at both Whitman-Walker Health and the American Psychological Association Office on AIDS, and worked on a mental health policy program at University of Maryland School of Medicine.
